Liquid Rubber ZavlarTM was rolled on the cracks, seams and penetrations. Geotextile was then laid down over the brushed on Liquid Rubber ZavlarTM.
A second layer of Liquid Rubber ZavlarTM was then rolled over the geotextile to create a complete seal over the cracks, seams and penetrations in the roof.
Finally a finished coat of Liquid Rubber ZavlarTM was rolled over the entire roof to create a monolithic seamless waterproofing layer.
Liquid Rubber ZavlarTM was chosen by the contractor because it is safe to use and was extremely easy to apply.
The Liquid Rubber ZavlarTM with its low odour did not disturb employees working in the office building during application.
