Rapid Build
WHAT IS IT?
A single component Rapid build mastic product, used where a durable sealant is required for repair work or sealing around structural angles and penetrations on roofing structures, wood, metal or concrete surfaces. Rapid Build is an elastomeric modified asphalt emulsion type coating, containing no solvents produces an excellent waterproofing membrane for smaller roof surfaces when applied by brush or squeegee.
HOW TO USE

Easy to use, Rapid Build can be applied using, a brush, roller or squeegee. The elastic nature of the product means that it will move with the building and not crack or pull loose from the surface it is adhered to, giving a permanent waterproof seal. Once opened a can of Rapid Build can be re-sealed, keeping the product fresh and ready for use up to 12 months.
USES
Rapid Build is an excellent choice for sealing around vents and drains, where pipes pass through concrete. The foundation walls require a sealant that both adheres to the different materials equally well but has sufficient flexibility and elasticity to resist cracking and tearing due structural movement. Rapid Build is UV-resistant, meaning it can be used inside and outside and will not be damaged by the sun.
